This page describes the website management methods with reference to processing of personal data of users who consult the website. This privacy policy is also provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal data protection code to subjects interacting with the Web services of KINGgates S.r.l. that are accessible via telematic means from the following Internet address:

The privacy policy is provided solely for the KINGgates S.r.l. website and not for any other websites consulted by the user through links. The privacy policy is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Working Party set up by Art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 for identifying certain minimum requirements for collecting personal data on-line and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the Data Controllers must provide to users when the latter connect to the Web pages, regardless of the purposes thereof. The Recommendation and a summary description of its scope are included in other pages of this website.

Once this website is consulted, data relative to identified or identifiable persons can be processed. The Data Controller is KINGgates S.r.l., with registered office in Via A. Malignani 42, Sacile (PN) – Italy.

The data processing activities connected to the Web services of this website are carried out at the aforementioned registered office of KINGgates S.r.l. and are managed solely by technical personnel of the department entrusted with data processing, or by any subjects assigned to perform occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the Web service shall be disclosed or diffused. Personal data provided by users who request the sending of informative material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, replies to queries, etc.) is processed for the sole purpose of fulfilling the requested service and is notified to third parties only where strictly necessary.

Browsing data
Information systems and software procedures necessary for running this website acquire, during the course of their normal activities, certain personal data the transmission of which is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols. Though such data is not collected for being associated with identified interests, its very nature may allow – through processing and associations with data held by third parties – for identifying the users. This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users connecting to the website, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the dimensions of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relative to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the website’s use and for verifying its correct operation, and is cancelled immediately after being processed. The data may be used for ascertaining responsibility in case of assumed computer crimes against the website: besides this occurrence, currently the data concerning Web contacts is not retained for longer than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses appearing on this website implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s e-mail address, which is necessary for replying to requests, in addition to any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary notices will be gradually inserted or visualised on the Web pages designed for special on-demand services.
