This page describes how the app is managed in relation to the processing of personal data of the users who use it.<\/p>\n

The information for the collection of personal data illustrates, for a principle of transparency, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to the following app, regardless of the purpose of the connection.<\/p>\n

DATA CONTROLLER. <\/strong>The data controller is V2 SpA \u2013 Corso Principi di Piemonte, 65\/67 12035 \u2013 Racconigi ( Italy ).<\/strong><\/p>\n

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF THE DATA COLLECTED.<\/strong> The User’s Data are collected to allow the Data Controller to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes:
\na) Data entry in the Data Controller’s database
\nb) Response to requests for information
\nc) Commercial purposes (Sending commercial communications, including through newsletters)
\nd) Sending personalized commercial communications
\ne) Position detection for technical assistance and for functional reasons (geofencing) with background action.<\/p>\n

TYPES OF DATA<\/strong>. For the aforementioned processing, identification data collected by the Application and data relating to the user’s position\/location are used, which may be GNSS data (e.g. GPS data).<\/p>\n

LEGAL BASIS. <\/strong>The processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b. of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016\/679 \u201cGDPR\u201d), the legitimate interest of the owner (art. 6.1.f GDPR) and consent in case of purposes c) d) and e).<\/p>\n

STORAGE TIME <\/strong>: The data will be stored for 10 years<\/p>\n

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA. <\/strong>We inform you that, taking into account the purposes of the processing as illustrated above ( a <\/strong>and b <\/strong>), the provision of data is mandatory and their failure, partial or incorrect provision may have, as a consequence, the impossibility of providing a response to the requests made or bein able to use the services while for the purposes (c <\/strong>and d) <\/strong>the provision of data is optional and the consent given can be revoked at any time.<\/p>\n

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER. <\/strong>The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this app involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.<\/p>\n


\nRECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS. <\/strong>Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller and by persons strictly authorized by him.<\/p>\n

The data will not be disclosed.<\/p>\n


\nRIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY. <\/strong>The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (For Italy: Guarantor for the protection of personal data www.garanteprivacy.it <\/a>).<\/p>\n


\nRIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES. <\/strong>The rights of access to personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same, limitation of processing, opposition, portability referred to in the articles may be exercised at any time. 15-20 of the European Regulation 679\/2016 by sending an email request to info@v2home.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n


\nRIGHT TO OBJECT. <\/strong>The right to object may be exercised at any time, for reasons related to the particular situation of the interested party, to the processing of personal data concerning him, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letters e) of) GDPR. As regards the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes , the interested party has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him\/her carried out for these purposes , by sending an email request info@v2home.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n


\nRIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT. <\/strong>The interested party has the right to revoke his\/her consent at any time by sending a request to this effect via email to info@v2home.com<\/a>; the revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation itself.<\/p>\n

EXISTENCE OF AN AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESS. <\/strong>The processing does not involve automated decision-making.<\/p>\n

You are responsible for all data and content uploaded by You or on Your behalf to the App.<\/p>\n

The account registration data will be saved in the Data Controller’s database.<\/p>\n

You are responsible for any activity and\/or information conducted and posted through your account.<\/p>\n

You may not use the identity of others or provide inaccurate information.<\/p>\n

You may not act in an unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent manner or for a purpose contrary to law.<\/p>\n

The Owner relieves himself of any responsibility for the information entered by the User on his account<\/p>\n
